CONSTRUCTION & UPGRADING OF INFRASTRUCTURE OF AL MUNTAZAH STREET EXTN. – PACKAGE 13
This project is one of the Expressway Programme Projects of ASHGHAL and located near the Industrial Area which include approximately 8km of new dual carriageway on Abu Hamour Road from East Industrial Interchange to Woqod Interchange and approximately 2km of dual carriageway on F-Ring Road from Woqod Interchange to Al Jazeera Interchange.
The included sections of the roads are as follows:
- Al Muntazah Street – 4 lanes in each direction with 2 lanes service roads on each side.
- East Industrial Street – 3 lanes in each direction with 2 lanes service roads on both sides.
- F-Ring Road – 3 lanes in each direction (1.8km viaduct across Al Muntazah Street and Wholesale Market Street) with 4 lanes service roads on each side at grade.
- Back Road (Road behind Barwa Commercial Avenue) – 1 lane in each direction with parking lanes on both side.
