THIQAR RESIDENTIAL COMPOUND
This residential complex composed of 33 Type-A buildings, 15 Type-B buildings (a total of 504 units dwelling units). All the residential buildings have three (3) floors. Moreover, the complex contains all necessary facilities like schools, yards & green areas, administration buildings, mosques, medical center, main market and service buildings. Total area of the site is 152,887 m2 (15.29 ha).
The project scope includes site development, building, roads and infrastructure construction.
Sustainable Construction Company (SCC) has been hired by Project Authority to perform the Design and Engineering including the market study and cost estimates.
