LUSAIL CITY - PRIMARY INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS PACKAGE NO. 2 (CP2)
This project is for the construction of the second package of Lusail development. It will provide roads and infrastructure to areas totaling some 360 ha located in the central area of the Lusail City and will provide infrastructure to two districts of the development project namely, Foxhill North and Foxhill South
The scope of work includes:
- Highway and highway structures;
- Potable water & fire fighting network;
- Irrigation distribution systems;
- Wastewater systems;
- Foul sewer pumping station;
- Surface and ground water drainage system;
- District cooling network;
- Gas network, electrical supply;
- Telecommunications and ELV duct network;
- Street signs, Traffic signal;
- Storm water network, Deep tunnel storm water;
- Mechanical and electrical works;
- Design and construction of 2 nos. of 66/11 kV substation;
- 31 nos. of 11/0.415kV distribution substations.
