Residential Compounds

A fast track project, since it was needed to urgently house the families that were displaced during the civil war. The project includes: 988 housing units of 2 & 3 bedrooms apartments over 88 buildings, with underground car parking floor.

An elementary and secondary schools with classrooms, laboratories and multipurpose halls. An administration center with 14 Clinics, a Pharmacy, a Laboratory, Civil Defense and Police Stations, and 3 groups of shops. In addition to buildings, the project covers complete infrastructure services (water wells, landscaping, water tank, drainage, rain water, water distribution networks, power, telephone, street lighting, roads, sidewalks,& treatment plant).
